Promoting the Company
Cameron Blanchard leads the Company’s communications strategy, promoting Spectrum as the industry-leading broadband and video provider in the U.S. delivering exceptional products and customer service with unmatched value. As Executive Vice President, Communications, Cameron oversees internal and external communications, the creation of multimedia content in support of the Company’s storytelling and serves as the Company’s chief spokesperson.
Cameron joined Spectrum in 2019 as Senior Vice President, Communications, and was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2021. Cameron has led communications strategies around the Company’s transformative moments, including the Cox Communications transaction in 2026; the 2024 launch of the industry’s first-of-its-kind Customer Commitment; the 2023 programming negotiations that produced an industry-defining new distribution model; and the introduction of the Xumo Stream Box.
Cameron has supported Spectrum’s rise as the fastest growing mobile provider in its footprint and shaped communications around the Company’s Rural Construction Initiative, making Spectrum the fastest growing rural internet provider in the nation. She also played a key role in support of Spectrum’s Network Evolution, which will deliver symmetrical and multi-gigabit speeds, improved reliability, greater capacity and advanced technology to customers across the country by 2027.
Cameron’s Early Career
Cameron came to Spectrum from Condé Nast, where she served as Chief Communications Officer from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, she spent 19 years in leadership positions across NBCUniversal, where she managed NBC Sports and Olympics media relations; led communications for all of NBC Entertainment’s east coast-based scripted, unscripted and late-night programming; the portfolio of cable entertainment networks, including Bravo; and ultimately oversaw all communications for the company’s corporate functions as Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications. She began her career in marketing communications with the NBA.

Cameron is a member of the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM) Board of Directors. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon’s School of Journalism and Communication and serves on the school’s Journalism Advancement Council.
