Promoting the Company
Cameron Blanchard leads Charter’s communications strategy, promoting Spectrum as an industry-leading connectivity provider delivering exceptional products and customer service with unmatched value. As Executive Vice President, Communications, Cameron oversees internal and external communications, the creation of multimedia content in support of the Company’s storytelling and serves as the Company’s chief spokesperson.
Cameron joined Charter in 2019 as Senior Vice President, Communications, and was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2021. Cameron has developed and executed communications strategies to guide the Company through transformative moments, including the September 2024 launch of the industry’s first-of-its-kind Customer Commitment; the 2023 programming negotiations that produced an industry-defining new distribution model combining traditional TV networks and the associated direct-to-consumer streaming services for no additional cost; and the introduction of the Xumo Stream Box.
Cameron played a key role in planning public and employee communications in support of Charter’s 2022 CEO transition and the launch of the Company’s three key strategic initiatives: Network Evolution, Expansion through the Rural Construction Initiative, and Execution. The ongoing investment and success of these three initiatives are positioning Charter for long-term growth and are an important aspect of the Company's overall narrative and competitive differentiation.
Cameron’s Early Career
Cameron came to Charter from Condé Nast, where she served as Chief Communications Officer from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, she spent 19 years in leadership positions across NBCUniversal, where she managed NBC Sports and Olympics media relations; led communications for all of NBC Entertainment’s east coast-based scripted, unscripted and late-night programming; the portfolio of cable entertainment networks, including Bravo; and ultimately oversaw all communications for the company’s corporate functions as Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications. She began her career in marketing communications with the NBA.

Cameron is a member of the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM) Board of Directors. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon’s School of Journalism and Communication and serves on the school’s Journalism Advancement Council.
