Spectrum Originals High-Stakes Mystery Series 'Long Slow Exhale' to Premiere on Monday, April 4

LOS ANGELESBasketball, scandal and mystery abound in Spectrum’s upcoming drama series LONG SLOW EXHALE, premiering exclusively on Spectrum (on-demand, free and without ads) on Monday, April 4. The gripping 12-episode series will drop three new episodes each week for four weeks until the finale on Monday, April 25.

Set in the competitive world of women’s college basketball, LONG SLOW EXHALE stars Rose Rollins (The L Word, The Catch), Josh Lucas (Ford v Ferrari, Yellowstone) and Ian Harding (Chicago Med, Pretty Little Liars). The drama follows J.C. Abernathy (Rollins), a successful head coach of a competitive women’s college basketball team who finds herself in the middle of a potentially career-shattering sexual abuse scandal. As she tries to find the truth among the many secrets she uncovers, she is forced to make hard decisions that will affect her, her family and the team of female athletes who all rely on her. Lucas will play Hillman Ford, athletic director of the university and Harding will play assistant coach Eddie Hagen.

Produced by Paramount Television Studios and Made Up Stories, LONG SLOW EXHALE comes from executive producer, showrunner and creator Pam Veasey (L.A.’s Finest, CSI: NY), director and executive producer Anton Cropper (L.A.’s Finest, Black-ish) and John Dove (L.A.’s Finest, Chicago P.D).  Bruna Papandrea (Big Little Lies, The Undoing) and Casey Haver (Tell Me Your Secrets) serve as executive producers for Made Up Stories.

Samantha Bartow, Shalini Bathina, Lyriq Bent, Tony Gonzalez and Famke Janssen also star in the series alongside Erin Croom, Brittney Elena, Enajite Esegine, Carmen Flood, Isabella Star LaBlanc, Anabella Raye and Jazmine Stewart.
