Spectrum's Chief Operating Officer

Nick Jeffery serves as Chief Operating Officer for Spectrum, leading Marketing and Sales, Field Operations, and Customer Operations for Spectrum's residential and business services.

Nick joined the Spectrum team in September 2026 with a focus on driving operational excellence, customer-centric growth, and strengthening the Company's service reputation across its 45-state footprint – building on the assets and industry-leading Customer Commitment that have made Spectrum the leading broadband and video provider in the U.S. He reports to President & Chief Executive Officer Chris Winfrey.

Nick’s Career Progression

Nick brings more than three decades of experience in telecommunications, having led businesses across the U.S., UK, Europe and Asia. He is known for operational rigor, a customer-first approach, and a consistent ability to drive transformation in complex environments.

Nick joined Spectrum from Frontier Communications, where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer since 2021. During his tenure, he led the company’s transformation from bankruptcy to sustained revenue growth, oversaw significant expansion of Frontier’s fiber network, and drove rapid improvement in customer satisfaction, including a 60-point positive swing in customer Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Prior to Frontier, Nick served as Chief Executive Officer of Vodafone UK beginning in 2016, where he led a turnaround of the business, returning it to revenue and market share growth, reducing operating expenses, and increasing customer satisfaction, while delivering double-digit EBITDA growth and increased free cash flow. During his tenure, Vodafone UK became Europe’s fastest-growing broadband provider and the largest cable TV company in the market.

Nick also previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Cable & Wireless Worldwide, one of the world’s largest wireline companies.

Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Warwick, UK, and is a graduate of INSEAD’s Management Development program and the Wharton International Forum.

Nick is based at Spectrum’s headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut.
