Keith Dardis leads Spectrum Business, which serves commercial customers of all sizes, from local small businesses to mid-market and large-scale companies and generates more than $7 billion in annual revenue. Named Executive Vice President in 2025, Keith oversees all sales and business operations for Spectrum Business, including customer service, product, human resources and business planning.

Keith drives Spectrum’s continued growth in the highly competitive business services marketplace, enabling the Company to fully leverage its complete suite of connectivity products and solutions for business clients. Spectrum Business offers a portfolio of Internet solutions over hybrid fiber-coax and 100% fiber; video; voice solutions, including phone and mobile, as well as unified communications; and managed services tailored for mid-market and large businesses, including communications service providers, government entities, healthcare organizations and hospitality providers.

Keith most recently oversaw the commercial sales and business divisions for Spectrum Business. Prior to that, Keith led Spectrum Community Solutions, the Company’s multi-dwelling unit (MDU) business, where he increased Spectrum’s market share in the multifamily and bulk single-family community segments, as well as with single-family homebuilders, while spearheading the launch of new products like Spectrum Ready, providing always-on Internet and WiFi for apartment buildings.

Keith’s Career Progression

A 30-year industry veteran, Keith joined Charter as Vice President, Sales in 2015 and held various residential and business direct sales and strategic channel roles at the Company before his 2021 promotion to Senior Vice President, Spectrum Community Solutions. Earlier in his career he held several sales leadership roles at Sprint (now T-Mobile), including Vice President of Northeast Business, and he also was Head of U.S. Sales at Bluewater Information Convergence. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Villanova University.
