Spectrum Names Chris Fulton Senior Vice President, Spectrum Business Customer Ops & Experience

STAMFORD, Conn. — Spectrum today announced that Chris Fulton has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Customer Operations and Experience for Spectrum Business, the Company’s operation serving commercial customers of all sizes, from local small businesses to mid-market and large-scale companies. Mr. Fulton succeeds Greg King, who is retiring after 30 years in the industry.

Mr. Fulton, a 25-year industry veteran who since early last year has served as Regional Vice President of Field Operations for Spectrum’s Northwest Region, will be responsible for technical support, customer service, service delivery and billing for Spectrum Business customers across the Company’s 41-state operating footprint as well as the execution of Spectrum’s market-leading Customer Commitment for businesses. He will begin his new role immediately and be based in Stamford.

As Spectrum’s field operations leader in the Northwest, Mr. Fulton headed a team of 1,700 employees serving customers in Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming and Central and Northern California. From 2017 to 2024, Mr. Fulton served as Group Vice President, Call Center Operations, overseeing customer service across 18 technical support call centers, and for four years before that he held successive field operations leadership roles with the Company. He joined Spectrum in 2013 after 15 years at Cablevision, where he worked in a series of field operations and customer service leadership positions across multiple markets.

Mr. Fulton holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Metropolitan State University in Denver.
