MARINETTE, Wis. — Spectrum announced the availability of its comprehensive suite of services – Spectrum Internet, Mobile, TV, and Voice – to nearly 3,500 additional homes and small businesses in Marinette County, Wisconsin, including Coleman, Crivitz, Wausaukee, Athelstane and Silver Cliff.

These newly served customers also will benefit from Spectrum’s faster internet speeds, high-value pricing and packaging structure and customer-friendly policies, which include no data caps, modem fees, or annual contracts.

Homes and businesses will be serviced by Spectrum’s team of local technicians and 100% U.S.-based customer service team that is available 24 hours a day, seven days per week. Spectrum features an industry-leading Customer Commitment which includes same-day installations and a pledge to fix any service disruption by dispatching a technician the same day when requested before 5 p.m.

“Our teams worked swiftly to upgrade the telecommunication infrastructure to round out our service area in several Marinette County communities,” said Matt Brown, Area Vice President for Spectrum’s Wisconsin Field Operations. “This work, combined with our continued rural expansion efforts, is allowing us to connect more rural homes and small businesses with Spectrum’s reliable internet and full suite of services while positioning us for continued expansion in the county.”

As a leading connectivity company with deep roots in the state of Wisconsin, Spectrum is committed to providing exceptional connectivity and customer service supported by our team of highly skilled employees who live and work in the communities they serve. In Wisconsin, Spectrum provides service in more than 1,000 communities and employs more than 2,700 people with large employment centers in Appleton, Fond du Lac and Madison, along with nearby technician centers and stores in Green Bay.

Nationally, Spectrum is investing more than $7 billion to expand its network infrastructure, bringing multi-gigabit, symmetrical internet speeds to 1.7 million new homes and small businesses. In Wisconsin, in 2024, Charter extended its network to reach an additional 78,000 homes and small businesses, including 42,000 new locations reached through our rural construction initiative.

“I am thrilled that more people in Northern Wisconsin are gaining access to high-speed internet,” said Senator Mary Felzkowski. “For many of my constituents, this connectivity is a game-changer, not only expanding opportunities in education, healthcare, and the workforce, but also enriching everyday life. Whether it’s a video call with loved ones or streaming a movie, high-speed internet makes the Northwoods an even more attractive place to raise a family or retire.”

Spectrum Internet delivers speeds up to 1 Gbps and Advanced WiFi for residential and business customers, featuring starting speeds of 500 Mbps, with no modem fees, data caps or contracts. The company has also begun a network evolution that will provide gigabit upstream speeds and multiple gigabit download speeds across its entire 41-state service area.

Spectrum Internet exceeded advertised download and upload speeds for all tiers measured — even during peak weeknight usage between 7 and 11 p.m. — according to the FCC’s most recent “Measuring Broadband America Fixed Broadband Report.”

“Thanks to support from Spectrum, more residents and businesses are getting reliable, high-speed internet,” Rep. Jeff Mursau said. “This will be transformative for residents across the 36th District.”
