Charter Names Robyn Tolva Senior Vice President, Customer Service Reliability Marking Latest Step in Customer Commitment Initiative

New Role will Define Vision and Strategy Focused on Proactive Customer Service to Drive Exceptional Customer Experiences and Engagement

STAMFORD, Conn. — Charter Communications, Inc.  today announced that Robyn Tolva has been named to the newly created role of Senior Vice President, Customer Service Reliability. This pivotal new position will help define the vision and strategy to build a new service organization that is focused on the operational execution of proactive customer service following the Company’s recently announced first-of-its-kind Customer Commitment.

Ms. Tolva will lead a team focused on partnering with departments across the company to proactively identify and address customer impacting issues and develop operational strategies and processes to deliver on Spectrum’s Customer Commitment and its four pillars of Reliable Connectivity, Transparency, Exceptional Service, and Always Improving. She will work with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on operating priorities and successfully implement initiatives that ensure exceptional customer experiences. She will report to Cliff Hagan, Executive Vice President, Customer Operations and will be based out of the Company’s Stamford, CT headquarters.

“Always Improving is one of the four pillars of our Customer Commitment and it requires us to never stop evaluating our work, creating new and more efficient processes and leveraging best-practices across our operations,” said Mr. Hagan. “Robyn’s significant experience developing and launching products, leading large-scale company-wide projects and familiarity with cable operations, uniquely qualifies her for this leadership position.”

Most recently Ms. Tolva served as Senior Vice President of Video and led Charter’s development and launch of the Xumo Stream Box, providing Spectrum TV customers with a modern entertainment experience that integrates streaming services with traditional live TV. She also played an integral role in the continued development of the Spectrum TV App, the highest-rated pay TV streaming app in the U.S.

Since joining Charter in 2009, Ms. Tolva has held various leadership and technical delivery roles, including leading, supporting and delivering critical programs including the company’s conversion to all-digital and 1 gigabit internet speed launches. Prior to Charter, she held consulting and leadership positions with Comcast, Adelphia, AT&T Broadband and MediaOne.

Ms. Tolva holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Economics from Vanderbilt University. She was named one of Cablefax Magazine’s Most Powerful Women in 2023 and was the 2017 WICT Rocky Mountain Woman of the Year.
