Martin E. Patterson was elected to the board of directors of Charter on April 22, 2025. Mr. Patterson is Senior Vice President of Liberty Media Corporation, Liberty Broadband Corporation, Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc. and Qurate Retail Group, and was formerly Senior Vice President of Atlanta Braves Holdings, Inc. until August 2024. He has been with Liberty Media Corporation, a media, communications and entertainment company, and its predecessors since 2010. Mr. Patterson has served on the board of directors of ComScore, Inc. since 2021 and was previously a director of Skyhook Wireless, Inc. and Ideiasnet S.A. He received his B.A. from Colorado College and is a CFA Charterholder.
