J.D. Power Names Spectrum #1 in Small Business Internet Customer Satisfaction

Spectrum has earned another accolade from a global leader in data and analytics, J.D. Power, ranking #1 in Customer Satisfaction for Small Business Internet Service in its newly released 2025 U.S. Business Internet Satisfaction Study.

The Company’s position atop the small business segment stems from J.D. Power’s survey of business internet customers, which evaluated key metrics like performance and reliability, cost of service, communications, billing, digital account management and customer service.
