When unexpected Internet outages made working from home difficult for Amanda Curry, a Spectrum customer from Duncanville, Texas, three Spectrum technicians brought the Company’s Customer Commitment to life with empathy, urgency and teamwork, highlighting how challenging moments are a great opportunity to delight customers.
Within hours of outreach, Cristin Cruz, Supervisor Field Service; Caleb Ferguson, Field Technician; and Darren Adams, Maintenance Technician, were at Amanda’s home to resolve the issue.
