(NASDAQ: CHTR) announced today that for the entire month of May family and friends can make free long distance calls from all 50 States to residential Charter Telephone customers subscribing to Charter's Unlimited Long Distance Package.

Family and friends can call Charter Telephone customers for free during the entire month of May. Family and friends can dial 1-800-584-2281, a free call for them; they will be prompted to enter the Charter Telephone customer's number; they will then be connected and can talk as long as they want - for free.
