Charter to Hold Conference Call to Discuss First-Quarter Results

ST. LOUIS, Apr 14, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Charter Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHTR) (along with its subsidiaries, the "Company" or "Charter") will host a conference call on Tuesday, May 2, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) to discuss financial and operating results for the first quarter of 2006, and to respond to questions. A press release reporting such results will be issued at 8:00 a.m. ET that day.

The conference call will be webcast live via the Company's website at www.charter.com. The webcast can be accessed by clicking on "About Us, Investor Center" on the top right of the home page. The call will be archived in the "Investor Center" in the "Presentation/Webcast" section on the left beginning two hours after completion of the call. Participants should go to the call link no later than 10 minutes prior to the start time to register.
