Charter Promotes Rich DiGeronimo To Executive Vice President Of Product And Strategy

STAMFORD, Conn., Jan. 26, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Charter Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ:CHTR) today announced the promotion of Rich DiGeronimo to Executive Vice President, Product and Strategy. He will continue reporting to John Bickham, Charter's Chief Operating Officer.

"Rich and his team have been an important part of the transformation of Charter over the past several years," said Bickham. "Rich's leadership in the development of products and services ranging from the Charter TV App to the Spectrum Guide are at the heart of our strategy moving forward and will help Charter continue to be the leading provider of cable services in our markets." 

DiGeronimo has served as SVP, Product and Strategy since 2011 and has overseen the development and deployment of many of Charter's recent innovations including the Charter TV app, the Spectrum Guide and the recently announced Worldbox. In addition to creating game changing products and services for Charter customers, DiGeronimo is responsible for coordinating many internal initiatives, most notably the recently completed all digital transition. 

Prior to joining Charter in 2008, DiGeronimo served as Vice President and General Manager of Cable Markets at Level 3 Communications. During his eight years at Level 3 DiGeronimo served in various product strategy, corporate finance, and corporate management positions. DiGeronimo joined Level 3 from Bear Stearns, where he worked in investment banking focused on technology firms. 

DiGeronimo earned a BBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
