Charter Communications will add ALTERNA'TV Channels to the Charter Latino Digital Programming Line-up

St. Louis and México City- Charter Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHTR) and ALTERNA'TV today announced a distribution agreement in which targeted ALTERNA'TV channels will be added to the Charter Latino Digital package in select markets. The Charter Latino Digital package offers a wide variety of in-language and English programming, a digital receiver with access to Charter OnDemand™, digital music and an interactive program guide. ALTERNA'TV offers eight channels of Spanish language programming, covering news, sports, arts and entertainment.

The agreement allows Charter Communications to add selected ALTERNA'TV channels to its Charter Latino Digital package in key Hispanic markets. The agreement also provides placement of ALTERNA'TV programming on the Charter OnDemand platform, an expansive library of movies, premium channel shows, sports, music and additional Spanish language programs. A Charter Latino Digital customer may access the programming from ALTERNA'TV through CharterOn Demand at no additional cost.

Launch plans for the channels are still being developed.
