Charter Communications Names Bruce Crooks as Vice President of Customer Care for Great Lakes Division

MADISON, Wis. – The appointment of Bruce Crooks to Vice President of Customer Care for the Great Lakes Division of Charter Communications Inc. (Nasdaq: CHTR) was announced today by Mike Haislip, Senior Vice President of Operations, Great Lakes Division. In his new role, Mr. Crooks will be responsible for all customer care functions in the Great Lakes Division, which consists of Charter systems in Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Prior to joining Charter, Mr. Crooks was the senior vice president of Operations for B.C. Harris Publishing in Norfolk, Va. He served in that same capacity for several years with The Faneuil Group, an independent customer care provider for the telecommunications industry. Mr. Crooks also worked as a call center operations manager for AT&T and Haband.

Mr. Crooks graduated with honors in 1984 from Illinois State University, earning a bachelor's degree in Business Management with a minor in Computer Science.
