Charter Annual Meeting of Stockholders To Be Held Tuesday, April 29, 2008

ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 24, 2008--Charter Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHTR) ("Charter") will hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Annual Meeting") on Tuesday, April 29, 2008 at 10:00 AM PDT in Seattle, Washington.

The Board of Directors has set the close of business on February 29, 2008, as the Record Date for determining who may vote at the meeting. All stockholders as of the Record Date are invited to attend the Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting will be webcast live via the Charter's website at www.charter.com. The webcast can be accessed by clicking on "About Charter" on the top right of the home page.
