Charter Adding GolTV to Programming Line Up

Soccer Package May Find Home on Both Latino and Sports Tiers

St. Louis and Miami – Charter Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHTR) and GolTV today announced an agreement under which Charter can carry the full-time soccer network on both its Charter Latino Digital package and on the Digital Sports tier. Charter will begin launching GolTV in targeted markets throughout the next few months.

“GolTV is a fine addition to our programming line up,” said Tim Kelly, Charter Director of Core Video Marketing. “The bilingual nature of the network gives it broad appeal.

“This network addition allows us to reach the growing population of passionate soccer fans through our Spanish language programming tier, as well as through our sports tier, which is an option for Charter.”

Charter offers Spanish-language programming in select markets through its Charter Latino tier. The tier has been well received, said Kelly, and the Company continually evaluates programming with an eye toward enhancing the package.
