Stamford, Conn. – Spectrum Reach®, the advertising sales and production services offered by Charter Communications, Inc., today announced that Beth Plummer has been named Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer. In this role, Plummer will oversee all aspects of revenue generation for Spectrum Reach. She will report to David Kline, Executive Vice President, Charter Communications and President, Spectrum Reach and be based out of New York City.

Prior, Plummer served as Division Vice President for Spectrum Reach’s South Division where she led sales for 16 markets across the southeastern U.S. in Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida. In addition, she served as sales lead for numerous initiatives including the design of Spectrum Reach’s sales incentive programs and sales support structure. Plummer’s career in cable advertising began as an account executive in upstate New York. She joined Time Warner Cable as a Director of Sales in Syracuse and rose to Group Vice President of Sales where she oversaw 21 markets across the company’s footprint.
Plummer holds an MBA from SUNY Empire State College and a bachelor of science in marketing and economics from the State University of New York at Oswego. She is a graduate of Leadership Greater Syracuse, the SCTE Tuck Leadership program at Dartmouth as well as the Women In Cable Telecommunications (WICT) Betsy Magness Leadership Institute. She is also DMSC certified by the Interactive Advertising Bureau. Plummer also serves on the Board of Directors for the WICT Carolinas Chapter.
