Faith Bautista is the President and CEO of National Asian American Coalition (NAAC, formerly Mabuhay Alliance), a program-oriented nonprofit that provides housing counseling, small business lending, and technical assistance services to minority and low-income populations. She also serves as the CEO of National Diversity Coalition, an advocacy-oriented organization comprised of community, faith-based, and nonprofit leaders working collectively for greater financial equality and economic empowerment for underserved communities.

In 2017, Ms. Bautista was appointed by the Trump administration to the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund Community Advisory Board.

NAAC is a member-organization of California Association for Micro Enterprise Opportunity (CAMEO), and Ms. Bautista and her staff have attended numerous microloan underwriting and other seminars and workshops conducted by CAMEO.

From 2005 to 2010, NAAC, then the Mabuhay Alliance, administered a microlending program, which Ms. Bautista managed, to provide loans mostly to ethnic Filipino and Southeast Asian small business owners.

She attended Harvard Divinity School for leadership training, as well as the Wharton School, UCLA, and UCSD.
