Multimedia and Direct Mail Marketing Programs Recognized

(PINK OTC: CHTRQ) today announced that its Live It with Charter™ customer loyalty program has been recognized by both the New England Direct Marketing Association (NEDMA) and CableFAX Daily for its successful multimedia and direct mail marketing campaigns in 2008 and 2009.

NEDMA, the oldest regional direct marketing association in the country, each year recognizes creative and strategic marketing achievements in New England that produce dramatic results. Charter was recognized at the 28th annual NEDMA Award Show, June 10 at the Roxy in Boston. CableFAX Daily is the cable industry's most respected daily news publication and longtime sponsor of the CableFAXIE awards, which recognize the year’s outstanding marketing and communications initiatives in the highly competitive and dynamic cable arena.

Originating in Charter’s East Division, the Live It with Charter program launched in February 2007 and rolled out nationwide in July 2008. With the rising popularity of the program and steady increase in memberships, Charter expects Live It customer participation to double in 2009.

Enrolling in the program is simple, and after registering, participants begin earning points based on their Charter subscription – the more services used in a home, the more points earned.
