Charter to Present at UBS Media & Communications Conference

ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 5, 2006--Charter Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ:CHTR) will participate in the UBS 34th Annual Global Media & Communications Conference on Wednesday, Dec. 6 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York City. Neil Smit, Charter's President and Chief Executive Officer, will present at 3:30 p.m. ET, and the presentation will be webcast live via the Company's website at

Investors can access the webcast by visiting and clicking on "About Us" at the top right of the home page, then "Investor & News Center". Participants should go to the link no later than five minutes prior to the start time to register. The webcast will be archived on the Charter web site until January 7, 2007 in the "Investor & News Center" in the "Presentations/Webcasts" section under "Financial Information" beginning three hours after the completion of the presentation.
