Charter Makes Buying Cable Advertising Easier and More Effective by Offering AT&T U-verse Inventory

ST. LOUIS, Sept. 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Charter Media, the advertising sales division of Charter Communications (NASDAQ: CHTR), and AT&T AdWorks, the national advertising sales division of AT&T, today announced an agreement making it more simple and effective for advertisers to reach television viewers. Through this agreement, Charter Media will sell advertising spots across more than 50 popular ad supported cable networks like USA, Food Network and ESPN HD.

Charter will begin representing AT&T U-verse® advertising inventory in St. Louis for commercials airing on and after October 31, with more markets launching in the coming months.
