Charter Celebrates Hispanic Heritage, Welcomes Penelope Menchaca at Huntington Park's Sabor de Mexico Lindo Downtown Festival

This annual celebration of Hispanic culture and heritage will feature 12 city blocks of entertainment, including two major concert stages and two carnival areas, along Pacific Boulevard in downtown Huntington Park.
