Spectrum Community Center Assist is a strategic philanthropic program that aims to improve the physical condition of community centers in underserved rural and urban communities throughout Charter's 41-state footprint, as well as to support programs that provide job skills training for the people in those local communities.
With support from Spectrum Community Center Assist, the Laurens County Disabilities and Special Needs Board (LCSNDB) helps participants build life and career skills. By taking classes in the Spectrum Training and Technology Center at the LCSNDB facility in South Carolina, Frank, who has autism, discovered his talent for administrative work and landed a job as a receptionist.
