Richard R. Dykhouse is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Charter Communications. Mr. Dykhouse joined Charter as Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary in 2006.
Mr. Dykhouse joined Charter from CNH Global, N.V. (now CNH Industrial), where he served as Senior Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Before CNH, he was an attorney for Conseco, Inc. (now CNO Financial Group, Inc.) for nearly 10 years, serving in the corporate law group, with his last position as Senior Vice President, Legal.
He received a B.S. in finance from Olivet Nazarene University, an MBA from Indiana University and a Juris Doctor from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
