Charter Communications’ presentation at the 2008 Merrill Lynch Media Fall Preview Conference on Wednesday, September 10, 2008 will take place at 6:00 p.m. ET (3:00 p.m. PT). The presentation will be webcast live via the Company’s website at www.charter.com.

Investors can access the webcast by visiting www.charter.com and clicking on “About Charter” on the top of the home page. Participants should go to the link no later than 5 minutes prior to the start time to register. The webcast will be archived on the Charter website until December 9, 2008 in the "Investor & News Center" in the "Presentations/Webcasts" section under “Financial Information” beginning three hours after the completion of the presentation.
