Spectrum Reach® Partners With Frequence to Launch Unified Proposal, A New Multiscreen Automation Platform

NEW YORK — Spectrum Reach, the advertising sales business of Charter Communications, Inc., (NASDAQ: CHTR), and Frequence, a leader in advertising sales automation and workflow software, today announced the launch of Unified Proposal, a first-of-its-kind technology that builds comprehensive, real-time multiscreen media plans for advertisers by seamlessly integrating  linear, streaming TV and digital tools and processes.
