Spectrum News North Carolina to Kick Off Carolina Panthers Programming on Monday, August 7 at 7:30 PM

Charlotte, NC Spectrum News North Carolina, the official cable TV home of the Carolina Panthers, will kick off its 2017 Panthers programming and live preseason game coverage with the season’s first video re-air simulcast of the weekly radio show, “Panther Talk” on Monday, August 7 at 7:30 PM from Bank of America Stadium.

Spectrum News North Carolina will simulcast all four of the Panthers preseason games, beginning Wednesday, August 9 when the Panthers host the Houston Texans at 7:30 PM. Spectrum News North Carolina will also simulcast the Panthers two preseason road contests against the Tennessee Titans on August 19 at 3 PM and the Jacksonville Jaguars on August 24 at 7:30 PM, followed by the final preseason home game vs. the Pittsburgh Steelers on August 31 at 7:30 PM. Play-by-play announcer Mick Mixon will call the games with former Panthers Mike Rucker serving as analyst and Kevin Donnalley as sideline reporter.

Panthers programming on Spectrum News will include the popular Sunday night highlight show, “Panthers Gameday” at 11:30 PM throughout the season with a second half-hour of live team coverage exclusively for Spectrum viewers across North Carolina. Beginning August 13, “Panthers Gameday” will feature game highlights, exclusive locker room interviews, and expert analysis.
