16 Promos to Provide Cable Customers with User-Friendly Helpful Hints
PHILADELPHIA, PA - December 19, 2005 - Concrete Pictures today announced they conceived a creative way to help Charter Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHTR) customers realize the full value of video programming through Charter Digital ™ and its advanced services, High-Speed™ Internet and Charter Telephone™. With its team of artistic innovators, Concrete Pictures has just completed the new educational promotional campaign consisting of 16 30-second spots designed to educate Charter customers on the latest product offerings, which highlight everything from on-demand service to digital video recorders (DVR) to parental controls.
"In this age of rapidly changing technology, it's important to continuously educate customers about the multitude of services and enhancements available," said Miles Dinsmoor, Concrete's Senior Vice President of Production. "The spots we created were designed to enlighten and ultimately retain these customers by helping them utilize the full capability of the broadband services Charter provides. Rather than sell the customers on new services, this campaign was focused on getting them to understand - and appreciate - the services they already have."
Earlier this year, Charter called on Concrete's expertise in creating an extensive graphic identity package that visually spoke to viewers and let them know that "This is Charter Communications." This campaign was a natural next step in the companies' ongoing partnership to educate consumers about Charter's products and services.
"Concrete Pictures has really done a great job of speaking to our customers in a way that both enlightens and encourages them to try the features that are available to them through Charter's products," said Kimberly Blankenburg, Charter Senior Director of Branding and Creative Services. "We are very pleased with this campaign and ultimately want our customers to take advantage of the information to get the most out of their Charter service."
A leading branding services company in the television industry, Concrete Pictures counts several MSOs among its growing client roster, including Charter, Comcast, Adelphia and Cox. The company also does extensive work for national broadcast and cable networks.
