Charter to Hold Conference Call to Discuss Second Quarter 2003 Results

ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 30, 2003--Charter Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq:CHTR) will host a conference call Thursday, July 31, 2003 at 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) to discuss and respond to questions pertinent to results for the second quarter of 2003. A press release will be issued prior to the call.

The conference call will be webcast live via the Company's website at www.charter.com through the "Investor and News Center" portion of the website, via the "About Us" heading at the top of the page. Participants should go to the call link no later than 10 minutes prior to the start time to register. The call will be archived on the "Investor and News Center" in the "Webcast" section on the left beginning two hours after completion of the call.
