Charter to Hold Conference Call to Discuss Fourth-Quarter and Annual 2006 Results

ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 15, 2007--Charter Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHTR) (along with its subsidiaries, the "Company" or "Charter") will host a conference call on Wednesday, February 28, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) to discuss financial and operating results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2006, and to respond to questions. A press release reporting such results will be issued at 8:00 a.m. ET that day.

The conference call will be webcast live via the Company's website at www.charter.com. The webcast can be accessed by clicking on "About Us" on the top right of the home page. The call will be archived in the "Investor Center" in the "Presentation/Webcast" section on the left beginning two hours after completion of the call.
