Charter Names Two New Financial Executives

Charles Fisher, Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance and Stefan Anninger, Vice President, Investor Relations Join Charter

STAMFORD, Conn., Feb. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Charter Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHTR) has named two seasoned Wall Street veterans to its management team. Charles Fisher will join Charter as Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance on February 11, 2013, and Stefan Anninger has been named Vice President, Investor Relations.

With both positions reporting to Mr. Winfrey, Mr. Fisher will be responsible for Charter's capital markets and merger & acquisition activities. Mr. Anninger will be responsible for developing and managing Charter's relationships with the investment community and shareholders.  

Mr. Fisher was previously a Senior Managing Director with Guggenheim Securities, LLC. Prior to joining Guggenheim Securities, Mr. Fisher was at Nomura Securities where he headed the media investment banking practice for the Americas. Previously he served as a Managing Director and led Lehman Brothers' and Nomura's European cable investment banking business in London, and was a Managing Director for Lehman Brothers in both London and New York as well. Mr. Fisher holds a B.A. from Queen's University in Ontario and a M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Stefan Anninger joins Charter as Vice President, Investor Relations. He comes to Charter from Credit Suisse, where he served as Vice President and the senior equity analyst covering  US Telecommunications and Cable & Satellite TV, where he covered Charter. Prior to his five years at Credit Suisse, Mr. Anninger worked at both JP Morgan and Bear Stearns, where he covered the cable and satellite TV industry. Prior to his work in finance, he was with Showtime Networks as Director, Corporate Strategy & International and Director, Business Development. Mr. Anninger received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
