Charter Names Kevin Leddy SVP of Technology Planning and Application

Stamford, CT – Charter Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHTR) today announced that Kevin J. Leddy has been named Senior Vice President of Technology Planning and Application. In this role, Leddy will be responsible for the communication of Charter’s overall technology vision to various constituencies, including industry organizations and policymakers. He will report to James Blackley, EVP of Engineering and IT, and will be based out of Charter’s corporate headquarters in Stamford, CT.

His exemplary reputation in the industry combined with his technical expertise, and operational and marketing background, make him uniquely qualified to serve Charter in this capacity.”

A longtime cable executive, Leddy joined Time Warner Cable predecessor Warner Amex in 1980. During his tenure at the company he served in a number of executive leadership roles in marketing, product development and management, technology policy, and corporate strategy. He most recently served as EVP of Corporate Strategy. Before joining Warner Amex, Leddy worked at the National Cable Television Association in Washington D.C.

Leddy holds a B.A. from Colby College and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
