Charter Names Jane Rhodes Head of Corporate Security

Stamford, CT. – Charter Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHTR) today announced that Jane Rhodes has joined the Company as Group Vice President, Head of Corporate Security. In this role, Rhodes will oversee physical security matters for the Company and manage the Company’s overall relationship with law enforcement. She will also provide certain areas of support to executive management on cybersecurity matters. Rhodes will report to David Ellen, Senior Executive Vice President, and will be based out of Charter's corporate headquarters in Stamford, CT.

Rhodes joins Charter after 20 years with the Federal Bureau of Investigation where she most recently served as Section Chief, Counterterrorism Division. As a Senior Executive with the FBI, Rhodes served in a number of leadership positions throughout the Bureau where she led national programs dedicated to national security, criminal investigations, and technology systems.

Since retiring from the FBI earlier this year, Rhodes has worked as a consultant, lending her expertise in security, enterprise risk management and media relations to private and government clients.

Rhodes holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Western Michigan University.
