Charter Communications & KMOV Ch. 4 Launch HDTV Today In Time For CBS Super Bowl Sunday

St. Louis, MO -- It's a touchdown for local football fans that have cable and high-definition television sets. Just in time for Super Bowl Sunday, KMOV Ch. 4 becomes the third local broadcast network in St. Louis launching High-Definition Television (HDTV) with Charter Communications. Charter and KMOV announced today that customers in the St. Louis area will receive the CBS HDTV signal through Charter Communications' special HDTV set-top box at no additional cost. High-definition programming for KMOV may be accessed on Ch. 784 on the Charter line-up.

Super Bowl viewers who haven't yet signed up for Charter HDTV still have time to do so before kick off. Customers must have an HDTV set and subscribe to Charter Digital Cable to receive High Definition programming.
