Charter Buys Clearview Networks

Charter Communications has acquired Clearview Networks, a company that surveys, designs, installs and supports managed WiFi, video and cloud services for a variety of markets, including multiple dwelling units, student housing, hospitality venues, and government and education facilities.

"The acquisition of Clearview Networks puts Charter in a stronger position to accelerate the growth and deployment of Spectrum Community Solutions,” Adam Ray, vice president of direct sales and Spectrum Community Solutions, said in a statement.
