W. Lance Conn

W. Lance Conn was elected to the board of directors of Charter on November 30, 2009. Mr. Conn previously served on Charter’s board of directors since September 2004. Mr. Conn is a businessman, investor and conservationist. From July 2004 to May 2009, Mr. Conn served as the President of Vulcan Capital, the investment arm of Vulcan, Inc. Prior to Vulcan, Mr. Conn was employed by America Online, Inc. from March 1996 to May 2003. From September 1994 to February 1996, Mr. Conn was an attorney with Shaw, Pittman, Potts & Trowbridge LLP in Washington, D.C. Mr. Conn holds a J.D. degree from the University of Virginia, a M.A. degree in history from the University of Mississippi and a B.A. degree in history from Princeton University.
