Craig A. Jacobson


Craig A. Jacobson was elected to the board of directors of Charter on July 27, 2010. Mr. Jacobson is a founding partner at the law firm of Hansen, Jacobson, Teller, Hoberman, Newman, Warren, Richman, Rush, Kaller, Gellman, Meigs & Fox, L.L.P., where he has practiced entertainment law for the past 35 years. Mr. Jacobson is a member of the Board of Directors of Expedia, Inc. and Oaktree Specialty Lending Corporation (OCSLC). Mr. Jacobson was a director of Ticketmaster from August 2008 until its merger with Live-Nation, Inc. in January 2010 and a director of Tribune Media Company from December 2012 until its sale in 2019. Mr. Jacobson was also a director of Oaktree Strategic Income Corporation from October 2017 until its merger with OCSLC in 2021. Mr. Jacobson received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University in 1974, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and his Juris Doctor degree with Honors from George Washington University School of Law in 1979.
